Working Principle
This machine uses the Roller to support the pipe mould, and produce the roller force to concrete in the mould.
When the roller rotate at a high speed, the concrete in the mould will spread in the inner wall of the pipe mould
and form a cement pipe with the centrifugal force, and when the mould with the inner concrete pass on the roller,
the concrete between the mould and the roller will be compacted solid to form a pipe.
(1) Short production Cycle: because of the good effect of the roller to compact the concrete, every pipe just need 3-5 minutes with high speed roller rotation.
(2) This Pipe machine uses the dry cast material, there will no waste cement mud, then it won’t pollute the environment.
(3) During the production, the noise is low, it is about 80-90 DB
(4) The Concrete Pipes are with high pressure load and with high production efficiency.
1 Avoiding the mold fly away the machine in spinning process
1.1The angle between running laps and running wheels should be in the range of 90-110, if the angle less than 90, it is easy to fly away, if the angle more than 110, the running wheel will be in a bigger stress to make displacement , even stuck the mold.
1.2 If the shafts are not parallel,the mold maybe fly away from the machine.
1.3 If the running wheel or mold laps are not perfect circle, the mold also have the possible of flying away.
1.4If the gravity of mold is offset, it may sway to one direction when spinning , if it is in high speed, the mold will fly away.
1.5 if the height of shafts is not the same , or the running wheel size is not same, it will make the mold tilt to one side , when rotating in high speed, the mold will fly away.
2 Avoiding the machine move to one side
Moving to one side is one reason of flying away, even if it does not make the mold fly away,it will damage the circle of the running wheel and running laps after a long time of moving to one side.It is necessary to solve this problem to avoid the accident.
3.The shafts have to be parallel and have a same height when installation.
4.The cement paste will flow to the bearing when the spinning machine working ,which makes the bearing wear or heated,so the sealing of bearing is important.
